pretty poolrude staffawful wifi

the resort has some pretty pools and the grounds look nice. it has beach access.

i found some real problems. staff was straight up rude at reception and didn't seem like they cared about guests. the wifi was awful, almost nonexistent. i had a baby with luggage at checkout and no one offered assistance, which really bothered me.

The hotel grounds were very well kept. Everything was clean, aesthetic, and modern. The buffet food was GREAT!!! I enjoyed the accommodating staff. They offered help with anything I needed. I had a different instructor each time I went, and they were all great.

The Italian restaurant was not my favorite. I recommend saving time and sticking with the buffet.

My holiday was really good. The lifeguards, Mohammed and Tarik, provided excellent care and attention every day, they even assisted with first aid. Zeidan at the pool bar was amazing as well. He knew our orders and ensured we felt welcome with his personalized service and expertly made cocktails.

The Wi-Fi was unreliable. This. It should be addressed.

I found the reception staff unpleasant. the lobby bar staff was rude. I asked for boiled water, and he poured bottled water. the bed sheets seemed of poor quality.
